You are entitled to cancel your order at any time before it is shipped to your home. If the shipment was already done, then you must stick to our Returns Policy.
Orders for cards and banners may not be canceled, because they are personalized, and this material can not be reused.
RETURN POLICY
Our return policy is simple. You can return any item purchased, INNOVA paying the shipping and handling, for the following reasons:
a) If the item is defective in manufacture; This product will be exchanged for one in good condition. *
b) If the item was sent by mistake; it will be changed to the right. *
Procedure for Returning
Please contact our Customer Service: 888 349 0314, or send an email to info@innovacreativity.com stating the reason for return, and whether you want the replacement of the item or refund your money. In case of refund, your money will be returned to your PayPal account or bank account from which you made electronic transfer. **
Once reported your return to INNOVA, send the packet to the corresponding product, and inside the package you will find a sticker to stick on the package with the information to where it should return the package with the wrong product, the cost of shipping and handling to arising shall be borne by the customer, whether your package with the correct product as incorrect, using the same courier who gave you the goods (FEDEX)
It is important that the merchandise is closed and in their original packaging. Shipping materials should be the same as INNOVA used for you to receive the products.
If the return corresponds to a change of product requested by the client, courier charges arising shall be borne by the customer
You will have up to 14 days from receipt of the items for your return.
